Enter your midweek with a balanced and customized 60 minute practice. Enjoy a slow and submerged start to the practice with longer holds throughout. Feel the heat build gradually into an energetic flow that gets your mind and body moving. This practice can lean more toward the Gentle Yoga side of things depending on group energy levels. Open to all levels of practice, you will need a yoga mat. Yoga blocks and a strap are highly recommended. Yoga mats, blocks and straps are available on a first come, first served basis, free of charge. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes/athletic wear that promotes movement and breathing. Don't forget your water bottle :)
Yoga classes are $20 for a drop-in and can be paid either in cash or venmo to Justine at the beginning of each class. No pre-registration is required and you do not need to register for the entire series- drop-in when you want! 10 class cards and loyalty cards are also available, see Justine for more details.

Thursday, 12/19 515-6p Class, 6-730p Live music & wine
Slow down and enjoy a relaxed, cozy evening this holiday season. The night will start off with a 45-minute restorative yoga class with Justine that is gentle and nourishing. This class is designed to soothe both the body and the mind. Class will conclude with a live, guided sound bath savasana with Aubrey that will fortify the soul and seal in the practice. After class, join us in the lounge area for live music performed by Jeff Alexander and light bites with ButcherBox. This event is complimentary and open to all. No previous yoga experience is required. You are welcome to bring your own props with you. All props and mats will be provided, though limited to first come first served.

-1 Throw blanket

Yoga for Weight Lifters targets the movements you need to compliment your lifting regimen Drawing from several traditions, we will focus on joint health, upper and lower body mobility, lower body flexibility, stability, and overall restoration. Prevent new injuries, work with old injuries, and balance both sides of your body so you can lift longer and stronger. BYO yoga mat, all other props provided.
